Common questions
Do I need a CAC certificate to apply?
CAC registration is required for full verification and to receive payouts above certain thresholds. If you're a sole trader without CAC, contact us — we have a pathway for early-stage vendors.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. We may reach out to confirm details before approving. You'll receive an email either way.
Can I set my own prices?
Completely. You set every price on your menu. eazyChops charges customers a separate 3% service fee — this does not come out of your earnings.
When do I get paid?
Earnings from delivered orders are queued for payout automatically. Add your bank account in Settings → Payouts before your first order ships.
What happens if a customer cancels?
If the customer cancels before you accept the order, no charge occurs. If you cancel after accepting, it counts against your cancellation rate and the customer is fully refunded.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Each location is a separate restaurant listing on the platform. Contact our vendor support team if you're operating more than one branch.
