Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order on eazyChops, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

eazyChops operates a marketplace connecting customers with independent restaurant vendors and third-party delivery couriers. We are not the seller of the food itself — vendors are independently responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of their menu listings.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or abuse the platform.

• Prices shown include applicable delivery and service fees at checkout.
• Payment is processed by Paystack on their own secure checkout page; eazyChops never sees or stores your card details.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. Refunds for failed or cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method.

Vendors are independent businesses responsible for food preparation, hygiene, and accurate menu/pricing information. eazyChops verifies basic business information at onboarding but does not guarantee food quality. Vendor commission and payout terms are set out separately in the vendor dashboard.

Delivery is fulfilled by independent courier partners. Estimated delivery times are best-effort and not guaranteed. Risk of loss for an order passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Orders can be cancelled by the vendor or customer prior to preparation. Once a vendor has confirmed and begun preparing an order, cancellation may not be available. Refund eligibility is assessed case by case for quality or non-delivery issues — contact support.

You may request deletion of your account at any time from account settings. We will anonymize your personal identifiers; transaction records are retained in anonymized form for the period required by Nigerian tax and accounting law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

eazyChops is a marketplace facilitator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent vendors or delivery couriers, including food quality, allergens, or delivery delays. Our liability for platform errors is limited to the value of the affected order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
